To secure your preferred date and boat, we recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 2 to 3 months in advance, especially for weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons (such as summer and major events on Sydney Harbour). Last-minute bookings are welcome and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, but availability may be limited. If you have a specific date or special occasion in mind, booking early ensures you won’t miss out!
Deposits are non-refundable as per the operator’s policy. Cancellation or postponement fees apply as follows:
>25% of the total cruise cost if cancelled within 30 days of the cruise
>50% of the total cruise cost if cancelled within 14 days of the cruise

Food and beverages are available at an additional cost and are not included in the charter fee.
Some operators do allow BYO food and beverages on board, but policies vary depending on the vessel. If BYO is permitted, there is usually a surcharge that covers the use of amenities such as glassware, plates, cutlery, ice, and cleaning services. Additionally, arrangements for delivering your BYO items to the vessel prior to the charter may need to be made with the crew.
